Web Pages not Scrolling

Hi there,

My web pages are not scrolling for some reason. I can only scroll if I click the side scroll bar and drag down.

Do you know how to enable scrolling on all my pages? You can see the scroll bar here, and you'll see that it's not working:

Hi there,

It works fine on the home page, but on the above page in particular it isn't working.

I see this issue in google chrome, as well as safari and explorer.

Okay I see it now, on Firefox it works fine.

Please, can you disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue still exists.

Hi there, sorry, now it has stopped working.

I disabled all plugins, and then activated them and the scrolling on all pages has stopped working on chrome and microsoft edge. It works on explorer for some reason.

The home page is the only one that scrolls fine on all browsers, all other pages are not scrolling, and the bar seems to change colour from black to grey. Is there maybe something on the backend that I need to enable?

The whole reason of disabling the plugins is to keep them disabled and then test your website.

Please make sure that they are disabled, clear your browser cache and check the website.

If it still has errors then this is not a plugin issue.

If the page start to work, enable plugins one by one and see which plugin is responsible for the issue.
