  Not all types of the menu can have this feature enabled, for example, in mobile dropdown menu it will be hard to achieve.

  With this type of responsive menu will not be possible to achieve.

  You would have to use instead of dropdown menu a side-slide menu.

  
  

  You can change it in the Theme Options > Responsive > Header

  It's possible in the Theme Options > Colors > Header, there you will find a section labeled "Action Button"
