Icon Images Broken

Hello, I'm using an up-to-date version of the theme, but the icon images stopped working. Any way for me to restore them? I've tried deactivating the theme, deleting it, and then uploading the newest version, but that didn't work.

@heryatmadja CORS library is not enabled on your server and that's why icons does not work what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2yBFnOEA.png

Actually, I have solved it (sort of) by ensuring that the the WordPress and Site URLs are set to its domain name as opposed to IP address. As in the picture (http://pasteboard.co/eqfXyky.png).

However, if put in the public IP address in the browser, the same problem of icon disappearing happen again.

Is it still because of the CORS library?
