How do we remove gray bars on the sides of the slider?

We're happy with the height of our homepage slider, but we don't want any gray showing on the sides.  http://backgroundinfousa.f17.us  Right now we have the following settings on the Slider Revolution:

Slider Layout: Custom
Grid Settings: 1180 x 590
Responsive Sizes:
Screen 1 - 1180 x 950
Screen 2 - 940 x 770
Screen 3 - 780 x 500
Screen 4 - 510 x 310

What do we need to change so that our slider goes all the way from the left to the right like:  http://www.novafarmaceutica.com.br

  • This grey bar comes as default and is always under the slider. If you want to change background color, you need to use below css:
    #mfn-rev-slider { background-color: #FFF; }
  • Changing the color of the grey bar (under the slider) should not matter.  We want the photo to be 100% over the slider (on both the left and the right sides).  Do we need to change our settings (see listed in in my initial question)?  Or change the size of the image (currently 1180 x 590)?
  • So if you want slider on full width, you should choose "Auto responsive" layout instead of "Custom".
  • Thank you!  That solved our problem.
