Header dont get full width

Hello,

i have an issue where the header (logo + nav) dont get Full width.

I have tried alot of settings, also reset the database, but nothing...

I have set the theme to Full width Layout. Grid 1240px, Full width header (transparent)

What do i miss ?

this is a fresh install of the "Transport 3" Pre-build page.

As you also can se the logo does not appear.

I also tried your standard BeTheme and changed it like i said in the first post.

Okay, I do understand.

You have to increase your Grid Width of your website.

Theme Options > Global > General

As you can see in screenshot i have 1920 in grid, but the nav is still wrong. It should go from side to side on the screen. "superwide".
I have done this in an other setup (betheme, other license) without any problem. But this wount work at all with the nav full width.

I have also reinstalled all files from scratch and also reseted the database, except options, user, usermeta.

So, so i need to delete and restart totalt?
I did also tried to export settings from the site that full width worked and imported , still no luck... Verry stange!

I found out htat if i remove all these

then it becomes full width. something is wring with the css media query?

Do not remove the CSS, this is important for all of the elements of the BeTheme.

If you would like to turn on the "Full Width" option for header, please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

Hi there,

Im very familiar with not remove css of course... i just showed you that something is wrong.

As you can see in the image i attached a link to...I have full width active... pls look at the image no 2, again

If this was easy and i havent tried all the "logica settings" i wouldnt contact you.

so, as i told before, i have all the settings that SHOULD make it full width active. but it dosent...

I have the exact same settings in an other setup that works. but not with this.

I even have the grid set to 1920, 1240 etc to try different settings. no luck...

can it be the url thats the problem?

It wasn't working with the username you sent - that's why I asked you about the new login credentials.

I provided the e-mail and it works, but about the problem:

It's related to your third-party plugins, I've disabled all of them and it started to work fine.

Please disable one by one and you will be able to find which one is making that problem.
