Issue with registering theme

I have a problem with registering the theme, I already have a valid purchase code for the domain and when I try to enter the purchase code the webpage will load again with any maessage and without being able to install plugins.

When I go to http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ to check the licence I can see that the licence is registered to the target domain (http://www.goldsell.com.au/) - (do-not-publish-the-license-key-on-the-public-forum)

Can you please have a look at this for us ASAP?

Becase I get no error, I only got the same page reloaded again asking agin for the key, tried diffrent browsers & clearing cache, everything

Please:

1) Disable all of the plugins and try to register the theme

2) Contact your hosting provider and ask him about some logs, he should enlight the source of the problem.

I see that you have contacted and chatted with the email support team. They asked you to disable all of your plugins, including cache plugins that may be the cause of your issue.

Please do that and let me know if it worked.

Hey,

you have two BeTheme themes in your library. You most likely did change the child theme name and modify the theme files - this now leads to errors and the database does not save the key since there are two themes under the same name.

Also, make sure that your server has no cache enabled.

We would recommend you remove the child theme, or rename it back. Also, please remove the main theme from your server and install the newest version again.
