Full width Featured Image as header

Hi,

In this example: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/organic/vivamus-urna-eget-tempus/ the full width background image in the post is the featured image right? If so, how do i manage to do this?

no, its not. This is an "intro header" template https://prnt.sc/qgqdr7

You can set this image below this option in the "header" image field.
