Prebuilt website not rendering correctly with minor changes

Hello,

We have purchased the festival theme for a project and have run into issues with a three column wide block that is leading to strange behavior for the content around it. Anything placed beneath it does not render, and anything that is placed above it results in losing a column in the render. When I reload the editor it results in the data changing.
