please log in to that domain and deregister the code manually.

If you cannot log in, please remove it and use the license tool to deregister manually:

hi sir,

I'm facing same problem with it. If i use this tool to deregister manually, does it mean that my purchase license will be failed or the domain name will be failed only, i can use the right domain name to register the license.

Hey,

we do not quite understand what do you mean by "failed license"

The license should be free, not registered anywhere so you can use it on your domain.

If you think that you can use a license only one time, on one domain that this is not correct. You can deregister it, and use it somwhere else.
