The "08weboslutions.com" is both bolded and the font is a bit too big for my liking- to my eye it looks the same size as the grey section above it, and i just prefer it smaller if possible.
It is not there for sure and we can't have a look on it. So you must sort first why widgets are not visible. But to sort text in footer, you can try below css:

what could be causing this- ive not added any new plugins
The widget still has the text in it, and the alteration to the menu (from another question) are still in the css to the header too
Anyways here is the pic, sorry for that
