Demo media data not uploading

When installing a pre-built site using BeTheme the media required is not installing.

Media for revolution slider imports fine and all other settings, just not the media.

Several different designs tried and the same issue on all.

Is this is known problem?

I have tried the full install, using all items selected and then also installing only media/content.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Hey,

we tested it on your side and it does not import the images.

Then I tested it on my hosting, and the pre-built website works fine, installs all images.

We think that this could be something with the hosting, and the media import privialges.

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask him to check the logs, ask why the images cannot be imported to your wordpress media?

I have checked with the hosting company and there is nothing that should prevent the demo media from being installed. Permissions are default and max file size is large enough.

It is important that they check the logs and tell directly what is the cause of the images not being downloaded to your server. There must be a reason, a timeout or permission problem. The theme itself works fine, all images download fine. We sometimes have those issues with our users but they always get solved by the hosting company.

Please check again with the logs.
