Hi,
I update my site:
https://web.ruizpharma.com
to the latest version of Wordpress and the header is missing. Please help me!

Did you solve the problem? I can see the header properly.

Hi,
Only the header is active now, but the bar above the header is gone. I dont know why.

It looks like it's not activated.
Please go to the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar and be sure, that you ticked on the "Show above the header" option and filled the fields below.
