We strongly suggest not to modify in any way this kind of functionalities, because it's easy to broke the responsive layout.

The only way to change that, is by editing the theme files, which is unfortunately not supported by us.

We only help with minor css tweaks, fixing theme bugs and help with understanding the theme.

Hey,

the position of the subheader cannot be changed using CSS.
