What is Grid Width

Hello,

What is grid width and what options does it effect?

I used to think it was the width of the boxed layout but it isn't

Hello Jen,

The Grid Width is a maximal width for the content of the website (including menu)

Of course, background colors will be for full width, but content (like texts, images) will be limited to that width.

But, if you would like to have one of the sections to be full width (and break the grid width), you have to enable the "Full Width" option in section settings

But when I measure the width of the pixels on the site it's 1360px not 1100px, is this because of my screen resolution?

Hey Jen,

the grid width is not the screen width.

The grid width is the width of the content on your page, not the whole window.
