Extend support, No option to open new discussion

The suport for my other account is expired. I bought a new support for one year but I'm still not able to open a new discussion.
Why that?

Hi

Of course, I am sure that its my account.. I extended the support twice on theme forest and I'm not able to open a new discussion...
Thats why I do it now over a clients account.
