Remove and Move a Licence

Hi Guys,

I purchased BeTheme back early last year and used it on a website that is no longer active but I still have the BeTheme on Envato Market, I have installed the theme onto a new hosting package and domain name.

My question is there a way to remove the licence from the old domain to use it on my new domain, if so how do I access this to move the licence over

another thing is when i click on register this message comes up "Could not connect to the Envato (ThemeForest) server to verify purchase. Please try again later."

Hi,
The old license does not need deactivation. Just remove the website from server.

Please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to explain your issue in the messeage very clearly.

Hi

I have used your tool http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and deregistered all my existing sites and when i am trying to add the code on a new site its giving me error that you cannot use the same code with more than one website but i have already deregistered the code and deleted the old website. Please help me . You can give me a new code and obsolete the old one.

Hello, I am facing same issue. The license was registered to my old website which is no longer active. But when I try registering to my new domain (https://medicalmarijuanashop.net) I get this error message " you cannot use the same code with more than one website"

Please any help will be greatly appreciated

@animalinside. Thanks for the link http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ I think it's helped me solve the problem. I just clicked the link, de registered the code then reactivate it on new domain and it worked perfectly well
