Edit Items in the homepage top bar

I can't figure out where to edit the top bar on the homepage. It's the located above the main menu. It displays our social media icons, a phone number, and an email address-which is what I'm trying to remove. I don't see any option to edit the top bar under "Customize"? Could someone please point me in the right direction here.
