Hey,

the sizes are taken from theme options>fonts>sizes, we use h3 and h4 there.

Here is the code to change the font size of the number:

body .quick_fact .number-wrapper {
	font-size: 50px;
	line-height: 50px;
}

The colors can be changed with this css

.quick_fact h3, .quick_fact h4 {
	color:red;
}
