Slider revolution image not shown in mobile snippet

Hi @all,

Google graps the first image of a page to have a preview on the mobile search snippet. But unfortunately it does completely ignore images which are inserted via Slider Revolution. So for example it shows a background image instead of the header image. How could I solve this?

Hi,
Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

Hello,

If you are not using the Yoast SEO, then you can upload the "Open Graph Image" which will replace this image you sent.

Hi Pablo,

we are using Yoast. Should I insert the image within social Facebook? I tried this but it does not change ... and I also tried to insert open graph image within the page under SEO (theme options). My customer tried this by adding a featured image and that worked but it causes problems because we are using Slider Revolution and the image was shown double...

Few minutes ago, it was a logo with title of company, right now what can I see are charis.

Did you change something?
