Embedded YouTube videos don't show?

Hi!

Since mid-January I have had a problem with Betheme/Learnpress that the embedded YouTube videos in the lessons are not visible for the users, even though I can see them in the wysiwyg? Tried to delete them, update, put them back and update but it doesn’t help. Same problem both in Chrome and Safari. I have contacted Learnpress support but they tell me it is a theme problem, could you have a look?

Do you use the 'Video" item from the Muffin Builder?

Hi! No, I don't have that possibility when creating lessons - just a wysiwyg where I can see the videos? It has worked before, but stopped working mid-Jan.

Could you have a look on the backend / admin?

But this is inserted in the learnpress plugin which is not supported by us.

We are not sure if this plugin works well with our theme and we do not help with customizing that plugin functionalities.

Ok, I get that but can you see something I can do that solves the problem? I have used the video link function in Wordpress so I guess it should work?

I cannot entry this tab, it's locked for me.

But, as I said, the BeTheme is not adapted to the Learnpress plugin and we are not sure what could cause it.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
