Trouble building footer

Hello! I have taken over the management of this website https://shewalks.com.au/ I have BeTheme on many sites before, but can't seem to create a 3 column footer on this site.

When I add content to the Widget area it displays full width on the main page, with white background. Any ideas what might be going on?

Hi Pablo - that's a little tricky, because anything I add to the Footer widgets then displays on every page, and it's a Live site.

Is there a way I can do this quickly, then copy the page source code to send you, and then remove widgets?

Also, I didn't receive an email notification that you had replied to this ticket - should I receive one?

Okay, I know where the problem is.

If you cannot create 3 column footer, be sure that you set the 1/3 1/3 1/3 layout in the Theme Options > Footer
