You would have to use the Custom CSS code.

Yes, please. I would just like to frame the popup window so it stands out on a similar coloured background. Which CSS code do I need to type and where?

Please paste that code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

You mean the input tags fields or the border of that element?

Yes, the border of the entire popup element.

I thought your code snippet would make a green border + red background - but only the background changed.
