Slide section suddenly dissapeared

Hi.

I've been working with Betheme for a long time but it had never happened to me that a section of the homepage suddenly disappeared. In my case it is the section of slides that I embedded with the "flat carousel with titles" function and that no longer works. Attached as it looked before and now nothing is seen. Please I would appreciate if you help me find the error.

P.S. I already activated and deactivated each of the plugins and cleared the site cache.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

So, your server settings are fine, but I have to ask you about disabling all of the cache/minify plugins for the investigation time.

Also, does the section with slides is on the homepage?

Apparently the problem was a cache plugin... I disabled and immediately the issue was solved. Thanks anyways for your support.
