Action bar disappears on mobile

Hi

Even though I didn't choose the "hide Action bar" option, the Action doesn't show up on mobile (ex: https://devcannara.wpengine.com/)

It's disabled by the default, if you would like to enable it, please use this CSS code:

#Action_bar, #Action_bar ul, #Action_bar li{display:inline-block !important;}
