Empty Cart

The cart is empty on occasion. The following has been attempted without resolve:

1. Flushing Cache

2. Trying alternative browsers

3. Turning off CBD on GoDaddy Managed Wordpress

4. Uninstalling and re-installing woo-commerce

5. uninstalling all plugins and attempting agin only with woocommerce plugin installed

6. setting permalink to: /%postname%/ (however it won't save and reverts back postgame

7. Updating this theme was attempted but isn't taking.

This seems to be an issue with the theme. Is anyone else having this issue? It's been months of trying with no resolve. We've never seen anything like it before.

Hello,

It would be a stupid question, but did you attach all of the required pages in the woocommerce settings?

Like shop page, cart, checkout etc.

Also, did you check, if your hosting is not using any caching software? It's really common problem.

I do not see the problem at all.

I've added the product, and the cart displays it correctly.

Maybe the problem is related to your browser's additional extensions?

Do you have some of them enabled? If so, disable them.

Hello,

The problem happens periodically and not every time something is added to the cart. This is what really threw us for a curve. We had the site live on paderiabakehouse.com and were dealing with this for weeks where some checkouts worked and others were messaging us with the problem. It can be recreated when attempted after several times. It's been tried on countless browser types mobile and desktop with different customers then also different team members. Please keep attempting and you'll see what we mean. Happy to send video.

I was adding the products like 10-15 minutes and I do not notice any problem related to the products.

All of the products are successfully added to the cart and the amount on them is proper too.

Sorry, but we are not sure what can be the source the problem - as we test it any of the problems displayed on your video does not appear for us.

We don't want a refund we want to know why this is happening. No one else has reported this issue? Have you tried to resolve common errors when something like this does happen or can you not recreate it so you're doing nothing?

Your hosting is using some cache software for sure, because of two things:

1) http://prntscr.com/rcgf7h

2) When you are logged, the error does not appear.

Please contact your hosting provider, and ask him about disabling this, because this is the main fault.

GoDaddy Managed Wordpress will not disable anything we've tried. Can you put it on a temporary server and prove this is the issue. They are a HUGE company and there's no way this is a common issue.

Sorry but we cannot do that, also we cannot host this website on our server.

From our experience, godaddy managed hosting is not very helpful for users since it is a cheap option for basic wordpress sites. If you want to use big themes like ours, and add a shop we suggest you aquire a better hosting sollution.

I know this is not very helpful information but we cannot do anything about how they manage their server. From our side everything works and this issue happens very rarely and is always fixed by hosting.
