Advice on altering a box please

Hi guys

If you look at this site i am working on i am wondering if there is a way to make one of the box modules have a title on top instead of the bottom. If you see here: http://www.griffithsbuild.co.uk/

on the right hand column the owner wants the title in blue (to match the left hand column) BUT then i need a box of some type with an image that links to another page.

Every box i have tried either has too big a gap, or i cant add a title on top somehow- i cant find a way to make it work. If i can just reduce the gaps on the right hand column it wont look so bad

Can you help please?
