Problem sending emails - only sends after 2nd try - really weird!!

Hi Guys
Our site is having weird email issues - when you send an email it fails then sends after the 2nd try. Really weird. Could you have a look for us as we are scared we may miss emails.
The contact us section is at the bottom of this page.
The email form is above the footer and when I filled it in and clicked send it failed. I tried it a second time and it sent. I tried it several times there after and every 2nd email I try it only sends after the 2nd try to send.
Really weird.
Could you have a look Im using chrome everything is upto date on the site. There is no error logs to send.
Would you perhaps require a login?
