Can't install the pre-built theme BeTheme's Clinic

It is a clean wordpress installation, after clicking install it starts "loading" and then all I get is a white page and nothing happens.

Hello,

1) Is your BeTheme up to date?

2) Is your WP up to date?

3) Is your PHP Verison 7 or higher?

4) Please attach a link to your website.

5) Please enable only required plugins for the pre-built website, rest of them should be disabled.

Hi Pablo,

I just checked it again and it seems to have installed it.

I was able to access the pages but I see the Muffin Builder is placed over WPBakery. Is there a way to use WPBakery instead? I'm totally used to it.

Hey,

if you do not want to see the Muffin Builder at all, you can disable it in theme options>global>advanced.

Its under 'builder visibility'
