Change Title from H1 to H2

Hey there,
An SEO company that I'm working with would like me to change the TITLE on the site from H1 to H2. This is the TITLE just above the Breadcrumbs. I changed LN 170 of header.php from 'H1' to 'H2' but that didn't work.
Thank you for any help you can provide.
