Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

how i can disable all plugins since the page is builded by visual composer ?

In the WP Dashboard > Plugins, if you want, you can disable all of them without the WPBakery plugin if you are worried about the content of it.
