"animate fadeInRight" and other such animations not working [resolved]

I have to say I'm pretty happy with BeTheme, but I've ran into a problem I cannot seem to solve.

I have "animate fadeInRight" and other similar effects set on items throughout the site, but the animation simply refuses to work. Are there any common causes for such a problem?

Resolution for this case: double-check if "Entrance Animations" are enabled in the Be|Theme's Theme Options > Global > Advanced

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Also, if it won't help you, please disable all of the minify/cache plugins for the investigation time.

I've disabled everything that didn't come with BeTheme, including "WP Fastest Cache" and "Hummingbird". Cleared browser cache, and the animations are still not working.

I'm not sure how comfortable I am handing away access to the company's website. Would it be possible to tell me what I should look for instead? Or am I the firs person with an animation problem?

You disabled the "Entrance Animations" option in Theme Options > Global > Advanced

I'm most certain I had not done that, but I can think of someone who might have. I'm thankful it turned out to be something so simple.

Now looking at that section, I can see how someone might be confused by having " | Disable" at the end of the row headings instead of a clearer instruction that unchecking something is what turns the feature on.

In any case, thank you very much for solving this.
