Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.

I deactivated all the plugins, cleared the cache and the problem persists.

I think, that you should contact your hosting provider in this case.

It looks like you're missing some permissions like writing(overwriting) the files which are necessary for successful update.
