Sub menu items not showing

I am using the Header Builder and my sub-menu items are not showing. As you can see here: https://wp.dpmgcorp.com/.

Not sure what is causing this issue. Any ideas?

I have deactivated plugins, and cleared the cache.

Please disable all of the optimisation/minify/caching plugins for the investigation time.
