Can't change pre-built website

Hi,

I want to change the pre-built site on a website with betheme.
The problem is that I don't have permission to acces the pre-built website page.
I tried every admin user on the website, but none of them have acces.

any change you know the solution?

Is there any error message? How the error displays?

Or do you not see the "pre-built websites" tab?

Well it's dutch. But it says You don't have permision to view this page. Wich is weird because i'm the admin

Can you send me a link to your website?

I have to check something in your page's code.

Is your PHP version 7 or higher?

Also, be sure that your WP and BeTheme are up to date.

You disabled the "pre-built websites" option in Theme Options > Global > Advanced
