Remove Active Link Activation on specific Pages / Child Pages

edited March 2020 in Menu / Mega menu
Hi Guys,

Now I do have a question. We have a Main Navigation based on Mega Menu. In three of our mega menu's we have menu items which repeat, causing all, the three mega menu items to be highlighted. (see image 1: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4s6b6i1r5sxkvvd/2020-03-12_16-54-02.png?dl=0 )

This happens whenever we click on the Job or What We Do services and we want to prevent that. (image 2: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rhgqeajbmnbifa2/2020-03-12_16-55-25.png?dl=0 )

I narrowed it down to the css classes: .current-menu-ancestor  and  .current_page_ancestor

Is there a simple way to ensure that when someone is on the said pages they do not trigger the current menu item class?

Thanks I really appreciate your response.
