Can you provide the sample slider for restaurant5 please? thank you! I have this theme and skin licensed on 2 sites and apparently the slider is not included in the download. please advise, thank you.

Hi,
From the version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.
Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.

Yes, I am very very familiar with that process, however even though it was all checked, the Restaurant5 install did not include the Rev Slider demo. Rev slider did get installed, but no slider with it.

I even tried to reinstall just now, same, slider is missing. Please advise, thank you.

Is your RevSlider turned on while importing?

Also, see if you can select the slide from the dropdown menu while editing one of the pages:

Yes, Rev Slider was and is on. There are no sliders in Rev Slider at all to choose. Yes, I went to the page and there is no list. Thank you for your help.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about disabling the cache software completely - as I see, it's installed on the server and enabled as well.

It could be the source of the problem.

Ok all cache has been cleared and turn off on Terra. It still doesn't not show up in rev slider. If I go into REV SLIDER, there are no sliders at all to choose from.
