rev slider crashing

My rev slider stop working, deactivated all plugins .. deleted reinstalled ..
updated betheme still no luck
It fails to show the slider on any page.

WordPress version 5.3.2
Current theme: Betheme Child (version 1.6.1.2)
Current plugin: Slider Revolution (version 6.2.2)
PHP version 7.3.13

Hello,

Please switch to the parent theme and update it to the latest version, then turn on only the RevSlider and check if it works (on parent theme)

Hey there,
I´m having the same issue. Have deleted the plugin, reinstalled, still not working properly. The sliders just disappeared from the screen. I read in other blogs that this happened with other themes as well.
I would be very grateful to find a solution. Thanks in advance.

You made somewhere the HTML mistake in your revolution slider.

Can you test if your slider works with our pre-built sliders?

You can import them without installing the pre-built website.

thx for your reply. I tried the prebuilt denim slider, also not working...

How come there are html mistakes, when I didnt change anything with my sliders. I just updated from version 5.x to 6.2.2. I have no clue how to fix anything with the html.

We have checked and this is because of the cache plugin your are using called clearfy, when it is disabled all sliders load fine.
