You can use the templates, which let you create one universal
builder grids and import it in the pages. Screen:

I need a block that I insert on multiple pages but that I modify only oncw: similar to widgets but which I can use with the builder

I, and countless other users, would love to have this feature.

It could be based on the current heavy-handed import/export, but actually let you to select a wrap and it's contents instead of the whole page.

Sadly, BeTheme does not have a feature like that.

You can only import things by templates as I mentioned earlier.
