  Hello,

  Check, if you didn't disable the "Hover Effects" in the Theme Options > Global > Advanced

  It should be set as on the screenshot:

  yes it is already enable but it doesn't work if i pasted the short code of icon bar in footer page. i mean animation effect

  could you please describe how to access external library icons family in betheme. please write down the css code

  There is no simple way to add it, you would have to add your icons as a font and then overwrite the certain icons to display other font with other content.

  But, we are not able to help you with it, it's really advanced CSS code.
