is it possible to change color and thickness of borders between items in menu?

Please paste that code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

	border-right-color:red !important;
}

I don't think that's possible, that's because it's inserted in the 'span' item, which is a menu item.

So, you are not only managing the border, but whole item.
