PREBUILT WEBSITES INSTALLATION ERROR

I'm trying to install the prebuilt website BETUNING, but no matter how many times I try it says 
"Ooops... Error 404"
"We are sorry but the page you are looking for does not exist"

I have uninstalled Betheme altogether dregistered and again installed and registered.
I have deactivated all the Plugins,cleared cache in browser 
I have cleared all the database tables (except user, userdata, options) using WP Database Reset.
My Betheme Dashboard > System system has all ticked, no issues.
However just once it worked, betuning installed fine, but the revolution slider gave me trouble, so tried to install again and back to getting the error 404 page, please help.
