Theme options settings lost

Good morning guys, how are you?
It's now long time that I can't fix this issue and i decided to ask you supprort.

Essentially, what it happens is that randomly and on daily bases my theme loses the theme options and goes back to the original settings.
So in the front end i see that goes to boxed layout, with old css rules, than i go in the backend...all is set as i set previously, I save and it goes back to what i desire.
What this instability can be caused from?
(I already unistalled the theme and re installed, but the issue is still there)

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the max input vars value to min 5000

After that, everything should be okay.

Also, I noticed that you use a lot of third-party plugins, it could be their fault too, you have to investigate if they are not the source of the problem (by disabling them, if after increasing that value, your settings will disappear too)

I contacted them and they showed me that it is already 5000.
I already tried to disable most of them but it did not change yet.

I have 10 licenses with your betheme template and most of our website are set in similar way with same plugins and I am having issues just with this and another website that have a older version.

Even after updating them to the last version, I still see the same issue...

I don't really know how to solve this. Even a professional developer has been on it but he could not fix it.

Please tell me if I can do or try something more

sorry guys I think I forgot to tell you one thing.
The strangest thing ever is that, if I am logged in WP and and I check the pages they all look perfect, with the right style etc etc.
In few words, when it is broken and the bug is present, if I am logged it looks all great...

I was investigating your website and after waiting some time it does not changed by itself.

I've changed the button style to "Flat" and after half hour it didn't change to the previous setting, so I set it to round again.

Can you tell me, how time must pass to see that problem?

Also, do you have any 'steps' that I have to follow to see that problem?

Plus: When on the live looks broken, if I am logged in WP in WP view doesn't have any bug.

In few words this bug appears on live but once you logged in and save, it takes the theme set again.

is this more clear?

Wt I suggest is to first see/check on live during the day it will broe fors sure.
Once you see that is not full width if you inspect you see that is taking the raw old theme settings. Then if you log in change setting or save again it will take the new ones.

I provided some comment in the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS and it's still there - after more than three hours.

I think, that your content get removed because you probably have more tabs of theme options opened at the same time and when you save one tab, then you have to refresh all of them because old information is still stored in these other tabs.

And probably, you hit save on the older tab, so all new changes get overwritten by the old settings.

Also, you should check if you don't have any extensions which could badly work for the saving script.

The Theme Options will not be able to resave them, because all of the content is stored in the database, so without touching any stuff in the theme options and clicking save it is not possible to get them overwrite.
