I wanted to know if it was possible to create a form that repeated on all pages and if there were data updates in the form to do it only once for all the pages?
Sadly, BeTheme does not have such kind of functionality.
We have only the "Templates" functionality which allows you to import your own sections on pages, but if you will change the template you will have to replace the template on all of the pages where this template exists.
