Not able so send E-mails from the Website

Hello

We  have a problem with the contact from 7 Plugin. The problem is not with the plugin though.
In the beginning everything worked well. The later 50% of the customer e-mails get lost. We didn't receive all the E-Mails people wrote us over the contact form 7 plugin. Then we got an error and it was not possible to send Messages at all, and not it just loads and loads with nothing happens.

I think there has to be a problem with the site but dont know where. Can you help us with that problem?

    Hello,
    Please check, if your mails are not in the spam folder - it's usually the source of the problem.
    Also, are you using some plugins which are extending the functionalities of the CF7 plugin?

    They are not in the spam. As you see on the website. It's not possible to send messages because it's always loading. You can try to send a message.
    We only use the CF7 plugin. The one who came with the theme.

    Any Ideas what the problem could be?

    As I see, you are using some third-party plugins, so please, disable all of the plugins and turn on only the CF7 plugin, then clear the cache of your browser and test, if it works with the CF7 plugin enabled only.
