Woo Commerce Product Slider not working/clicking on mobile

On all shop items I want to be able to navigate and change the default product image by clicking the thumbnail in the carousel below it on mobile. Specifically on iPhone. When I click the carousel images on computer and tablet they change the default product image, but not on mobile.

Can you please advise how to make the carousel clickable on mobile and change the corresponding default shop image as you click it.

Hello,

You are using some kind of plugin to create a slider for a product gallery image - we do not support it.

We tested default product gallery and it works fine, you can create it while editing the product:

I deactivated the slider app per your recommendation, however, I still cant click the thumbnail images on the product page on mobile iphone.

I tested it on my local device and it works fine.

I think, that the problem is related to your plugin's conflict.

Please disable all of them(leave the WooCommerce turned on only), clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

On the product page, from my mobile phone it still doesnt allow the greyed out elements to open in the gallery when you click. My client has been getting complaints.

I have to take a look at your source code of that page.

Please, disable all of the "Minify" and "Cache" plugins, because right now they are turned on and whole page code is not readable.
