Page options layout

I bought this theme some days ago.
After a new installation of the Minimal Betheme, I can't manage my global layout on every pages.
As exemple, I've not access to the blocks to manage the informations.
Do you have an idea to activate the builder ?

    Hello,
    Please check if you didn't disable the Muffin Builder by accident in the Theme Options > Global > Advanced, see the "Layout" section, the "Builder Visibility" should be set to "Everyone"

    I wanted to attach a screenshot, but server of https://prnt.sc is not working right now, sorry about that.

    I reinstalled yesterday the Minimal theme and it's working, a miracle ! 
    Maybe yes, I touched to this option. I will never know...
