Hello, when people click on my anchor links they are
automatically taken to the block I specified, however they are sent far below
the specified title. How to fix this?

Can you disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check, if it's scrolling still that way?

Hey,

your way will not work because the link element needs a class="scroll" for it to work properly. This is why it does not calculate the offset value and goes a little beyond.

You can add this class in the item options, but it could still lead to issues because it was created to scroll to sections.

Perfect friend, I managed to solve the scroll problem. Last
doubt, when you are on the page and click on a link to scroll down and then
click on another, the # url does not change, it is still the first click. Would
you change it? It makes navigation very confusing, if the user clicks 2x on the
anchored links on the same page!

I see that it's working fine, I clicked "Logo", "Papelaria" and much of them one after one and it works fine.

I don't think you understood the question I asked. The
anchor links are working perfectly after your recommendation.

My browser is Google Chrome.

My question is in relation to the url link, example: if u
enter the site and click on "Logo" it will direct me to the Logo
session, soon the url will be #Logo, then if I continue on the same page and
click in another icon that has the anchor link, for example in "Papelaria",
it is sent correctly to the section, but the url continues #Logo, understand?
This confuses the person who is browsing.

Sadly, it will not be possible to change, this is how it works in BeTheme.

You can even notice, that on our splash page it works the same way:

Try to select another shortcode from "shortcode" which is in the same column as photobox.
