Is it possible that the + symbol of the submenu in the mobile version is seen in bold or more clearly?

Attachment screenshot. The problem is that clicking on "Media" does not open the submenu, but it is necessary to click on the "+" symbol. Is it possible that clicking on 'Media' will display the menu? The "+" symbol goes unnoticed.
