i wish to use a Boot Strap4 Alert on Muffin but it doesn't function :((

on play code website , anywhere i put it , function very well.
on my website with beTheme with muffin ... instead .... layout is very poor .
i can do it something ??? where i can fix it .
i have used it on Muffin's Visual Editor with disaster result ... i don't want used a muffin botton , i know it.
