Problem with Pre-built website

Hey, I’m using betheme since years and ist worked very well. Since yesterday I have Problems with the installation of the Shop Template „BeBike“. I do everything as always but only with this Template I got a „Error 500“.

Every else template is working. Somebody an idea?

    there is no "BeBike", only BeBiker 1,2,3 and BeBikeRental. Which one exactly does not import correctly? When does the error appear?

    Hey, sorry - I mean BeBiker.
    The Error appears after a few seconds while Installation. Normaly the succses page has to appear but the error appears.

    In my php settings everything is right.

    In this case, you should contact the hosting provider and ask him about some logs.
    The 500 error is usually displaying because of overload of the queries or wrong set privileges to file access.

    Please, if you will get a response from hosting provider, tell us what he told you.
